Necessary correction has been made in the order dated dated 6.1.2010.

Office is directed to correct the certified copy of the order, issued to the
learned counsel for the applicant.

As prayed by the learned counsel for the applicant, two weeks further time is
granted to the applicant to appear and surrender before the Court below,
pursuant to the earlier order of this court dated 6.1.2010. In case the applicant
does not appear before the court below within the aforesaid extended time,
coercive action be taken against him.
