3 6.7.2011 In the instant application the petitioner prays for

modification of the order dated 8.4.2010 passed by this court in

Cr. Misc. No.6135 of 2010.

The petitioner submits that his uncle was ill and

admitted in the Mahavir Cancer Sansthan and finally he died in

February, 2011 and as such he could not conform to the order of

this court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

the time period for surrender granted earlier is extended by

further three weeks from today. The order dated 8.4.2010 passed

in Cr.Misc.No.6135 of 2010 is modified to the extent indicated

above.

Let this order be communicated to the court of the

learned S.D.J.M., Munger in Complaint Case No.730C/08

through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
