The matter has been taken in the revised cause list.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prays an ad-interim
mandamus commanding the respondents to offer the compassionate
appointment to the petitioner on the post of Mazdoor (Class IV).

Learned counsel for the respondents raised a preliminary objection that in
view of the relief as claimed by the petitioner in the present writ petition. No
cause of action has arisen on his part to file the present writ petition before
this Court at Allahabad.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two
weeks time for filing rejoinder affidavit.
