Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the N.B.W. issued
against the applicants in case No. 138 of 2007 under sections
45,323,504506,427 I.P.C. P.S. Vishugarh district Kannauj.
From the perusal of the record, it appear that due non appearance of the
applicants N.B.W. has been issued, therefore, the prayer for quashing the
same is refused.
However, it is directed that the applicants shall appear before the court
concerned within 20 days from today, till then the N.B.W. issued against the
applicants shall be kept in abeyance.
In case the applicants apply for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of
expeditiously, if possible, on the same day by the courts below.
With the above direction, this application is finally disposed of.
