Present
application has been preferred by the applicant original
petitioner to bring the heirs and legal representatives of original
respondent No.4 on record as per the cause title.

Shri
Mahendra K.Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the
proposed heirs of original respondent No.4 has no objection if the
application is allowed.

Accordingly,
present application is allowed and applicant is permitted to bring
the heirs of original respondent No.4 i.e respondent Nos. 4/1 to 4/3
on record of main special civil application as respondent Nos. 4/1
to 4/3.

Rule
is made absolute accordingly.
