       Vide this Commission's decision dated 22.5.2009, Asstt. Estate
Manager, Shimla, Camp Faridabad, was directed to provide complete para-
wise information afresh to the appellant Shri Mahesh. Vide letter dated
10.7.2009, the appellant has filed the non-compliance complaint.

2.      Heard on 25.11.2009. Appellant not present. Shri Vijay Singh,
AEM is present. He would submit that complete para-wise information has
been provided to the appellant vide their letter dated 29.6.2009. It appears
that this letter had not reached the appellant when he filed the present non-
compliance compliant. As the information has been provided, the matter is
closed.
