ORAL
ORDER

On
request made by learned advocate Mr.Mehta, permission was granted to
move the matter for urgent circulation at 2.15 p.m. The papers are
received from the Registry.

2. Learned
advocate Mr.Mehta is granted permission to amend the petition.
Amendment shall be carried out during the course of a day.

3. Heard
learned advocate Mr.Mehta.

4. The
contentions raised by Mr.Mehta in this petition are identical to that
of the contentions raised in Special Civil Application No.1870 of
2006. These contentions are decided by this Court by judgment and
orders dated 4.9.2006 and 6.9.2006 (Coram : Honourable Mr.Justice
Akil Kureshi) in group of petitions being Special Civil Application
No.1870 of 2006 with Special Civil Application No.1832 of 2006 and
allied matters. For the reasons recorded by learned Judge in a well
considered judgment running into 117 pages answering every
contentions of the petitioner, this Court finds no reason to take a
different view. Hence, this petition fails and the same is
dismissed.
