appellant for removing the defect nos.3 to 5 as pointed out

by the Stamp Report dated 3.1.2006, failing which this

Second Appeal shall stand dismissed without further

reference to a Bench.

Defect No.2 as pointed out by the Stamp Report

dated 3.1.2006 is ignored for the present.

If all the defects are removed by the appellant

within time, let this case be listed for hearing under Order

XLI Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
