The prayer in the Writ Petition is as follows:

To grant the Family Court, Nedumangad to finally dispose of

O.S. No. 294 of 2000 of Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram which

is renumbered as O.S. No. 32 of 2005 of Family Court,

Nedumangad within a time limit fixed by this Honourable court.

2. We got a report and it has been informed by the learned

Judge in the report that two more witnesses for the plaintiff are to

be examined and the case is posted for that purpose. It is also

submitted by the learned Judge that in view of the camp sitting, the

date has to be re-fixed. The learned Judge also informed that the

suit can be disposed of within three months.

3. Having regard to the facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of

W.P.(C). No. 4323 of 2010
:2:

directing the Family Court, Nedumangad to dispose of O.S. No. 32

of 2005 within a period of four months from today. The petitioner

will produce a copy of this judgment before the Family Court,

Nedumangad within one week from today, for compliance.
