Rule.

Learned APP Shri Kodekar waives service of rule on behalf of the
respondents.

Petitioner
has filed an appeal against his externment order. Appeal was filed
on 20th June 2009. The same is still pending. The
petitioner requests for early disposal of the appeal.

The
appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal expeditiously and
preferably by 1st March 2010. This petition is disposed
of accordingly. Rule is made absolute to the above extent.
