The writ petitioner has been knocking at the doors of

this Court so often to recover the entitlement amount for the

property that has been acquired. Ultimately after a long

drawn process and at last on the initiation of a contempt

case on 17th October, 2007 a draft for Rs.83,88,074/- was

handed over. The contempt case was closed without

prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to recover the

balance, if any, in accordance with law. Thereafter, the writ

petitioner moved Ext.P3 before the authorities showing the

balance amount as Rs.7,17,444/-. He has also produced a

letter Ext.P3(a) for taking steps for disbursement of the said

amount. A remainder was again issued on 6.5.08. It is

thereafter this writ petition is filed. I direct the first

respondent in the original petition to consider the letter and

remainder sent by the writ petitioner within a period of one

month from today and if any balance amount is due to him it

be paid on the expiry of three weeks from that date. If the

payment is not made the writ petitioner is at liberty to

approach this Court for further directions. I earnestly hope

and feel that the Government Pleader will give necessary

instructions to the concerned authorities for having a proper

decision in the matter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
