Notices on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4 have been accepted by the
learned standing counsel. Issue notice to the respondent nos.5 and 6.

One of the contentions of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an auction
purchaser and validity of the auction cannot be examined in mutation
proceeding. The matter requires consideration.

Till further orders, the effect and operation of the order dated 10th of
April, 2008 and 9th of June, 2010 shall remain stayed.
