3. 31.8.2010 In the order dated 9.8.2010 the name of the

petitioner’s counsel should be correctly read as Mr.Amit in

place of Mr.H.S.Roy, Advocate.

In the first page of the said order instead of the words

‘for the said period’ it should be read as ‘for the period

from November, 2008 to November,2009’.

The order dated 9.8.2010 is modified to the above

extent.
