This criminal appeal is listed for hearing on second bail application. The
only argument of learned counsel for the appellant is that the appellant is
languishing in jail since September 2005 and paper book in this case is ready.
He requested the Court to provide him a copy of the paper book for
preparation of the case. On his request a copy of the paper book has been
handed over to him in Court today.
