The
present applications are for condonation of delay of 42 days in
preferring the appeals against the judgement and award dated
15.6.2009 passed by the learned Tribunal, in the respective claim
petition, which are impugned in the respective appeals.
The
contesting respondents, who are original claimants, are served.
Mr.Barot has filed appearance for respondent No.6. Respondent No.8
is also served.
Considering
the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds mentioned in
the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made
out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and, therefore, condoned.
The
applications are disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly.
