The appeal is remaining in the defect list.

Sri.Joby Cyriac, the learned counsel for the appellant

fairly submits that the enhancement re-fixing the land

value at Rs.5,000/- per cent is quite reasonable and

has been approved by this Court in other cases. This

appeal, accordingly, will stand rejected.
