of 2011, the writ petitioner has preferred this Appeal under Clause
10 of the Letters Patent.
The matter at issue is the black mark entered into the
service record of the petitioner by way of punishment. Learned
single Judge has rejected the challenge.
We are in agreement with the learned single Judge.
No case for interference is made out. Appeal is dismissed in
limine.
