case is squarely covered with the judgment rendered by

Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in bunch of writ

petitions, headed by SB Civil Writ Petition

No.3959/2008 (Jodh Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan &

Ors.) decided on 29.9.2008.

This writ petition is also dismissed while
following the aforesaid judgment dated 29.9.2008.
