of  respondent  nos.  1  to  4  states  that  counter  affidavit  is  under 

preparation and shall be filed within a week. Petitioner may file 

rejoinder affidavit within three weeks thereafter.

List   after   expiry   of   the   aforesaid   period   along   with   fresh   office 

report about service of notice on the rest of the respondents.

Interim order is extended till the next date of listing.
