The petitioners are accused in the case registered for the offence under
sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have
been falsely implicated in the case; there is general and omnibus allegation
against the petitioners and other co-accused; co-accused-Kushnu Sinku with
identical allegation has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. no.8939 of 2010;
petitioners are local permanent residents; there is no chance of their
absconding.
Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners, but has not
disputed the contention made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above
named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-I, Chaibasa in
connection with S.T. no.273 of 2009, arising out of Tonto P.S. case no.04 of
2009, corresponding to G.R. no.107 of 2009.
