Heard
learned advocate Ms.D.K. Contractor appearing for Mr.P.R.Nanavati for
the petitioners. The learned advocate invited attention of the Court
to order dated 2nd February 2010 passed by the learned 4th
Additional Civil Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural), Mirzapur below exh.25 in
Regular Civil Suit No.14 of 2000. Prima facie, this Court is of the
opinion that the matter requires consideration. Hence RULE.
NOTICE as to interim relief returnable on 19th
July 2010. Ad interim relief in terms of para 13(c).
