This
MCA is filed seeking restoration of MCA (Stamp) No. 3264 of 2008
which stood dismissed on account of an order dated 25.2.2009 passed
by this Court (Coram: M.R. Shah, J.) whereby time to remove office
objections was granted till 6.3.2009 failing which the application
was to stand dismissed for non-prosecution without referring the
matter to the Court.

As
the matter stood dismissed for non-prosecution at the stage of
removal of office objections, this matter is placed before this
Court.

Taking
into consideration the submissions made by the learned advocate for
the applicants, the present application is allowed. MCA (Stamp) No.
3264 of 2008 is restored to file.
