                     J U D G M E N T

The request of the petitioner is to direct the

respondent to place Ext. P1 application for regular

permit in the R.T.A. Meeting now scheduled to be held

on 20th September, 2007.

2. Learned Govt. Pleader confirms the pendency of

Ext. P1. In view of this, I dispose of this writ

petition directing the respondent to consider Ext. P1

on 20th September, 2007 itself.

Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment

before the 1st respondent for compliance.
