Learned
advocate Shri Japee submitted that he is absolutely mindful of the
fact that this Court while passing the order on 04.07.2011, has
observed that no further time would be granted for production of
documents. However, on account of his genuine difficulties, he is
unable to produce those documents on record. The Court is not here
to adjudicate upon the genuineness of the difficulties. The request
for time is accepted. At his request matter is kept on 14.07.2011.
