3 30.06.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as
learned counsel for the state.
The petitioner is not named in the first information
report and it was the co-accused Ram Balak Mahto @ Mulkha
who kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of
marriage. It appears that in course of investigation, it came to
light that the aforesaid, Ram Balak Mahto @ Mulkha as well as
the victim had taken shelter in the house of the petitioner after
the alleged occurrence and except the aforesaid material, there
is nothing against the petitioner.
Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Manish Kumar @
Manish Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing
bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
like amount each in connection with Nowkothi P. S. Case No.
163 of 2010 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Begusarai.
