It is not disputed that the fight took place on the eve of assembly

election in Punjab where the injuries, which have been attributed to the

petitioners were found to be simple in medical report. The petitioners have

already been investigated.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the interim bail granted to the

petitioner on 3.6.2009 is made absolute.

The petition is disposed of.
