Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.

The petitioners raised grievance that they have been denied for promotion on
the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti while they have sufficient experience of
working as Sahayika. The petitioners have already submitted a representation
on 1.5.2010 to the Bal Vikas Pariyojana Adhikari which is pending disposal.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the observation that
the representation may be disposed of by the respondents within two months
from the date of production of certified copy of this order by passing a
reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
