                           O R D E R

The only prayer in this petition is to issue a direction to

the Additional Sessions Court, N.Parur, not to proceed with

trial of S.C.65/2000 (now renumbered as 265/2000) pending

on the file of the said Court, till disposal of Crl.M.C 868/2002

pending on the file of this Court.

By a separate order I have disposed of

Crl.M.C.868/2002 today. In that view of the matter this

Crl.M.C is only to be dismissed. I do so.
