                                  O R D E R

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the accused

in Crime No. 239 of 2008 of Chenganoor Police Station.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest and detention in

connection with the above case. The learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to surrender and

apply for bail.

3. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned

Magistrate Court on or before 30.6.2010. If the petitioner files an

application for bail, the same shall be disposed of on the same day.

Petition allowed to that extent.
