J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is a Head Nurse in the District Hospital, Manjeri.
According to the petitioner, she sought transfer to Trichur
District and has been applying for the same since 2008. It is
stated that, till date, her claim has not been considered, and that,
as at present, there are vacancies available for transferring her
to Trichur District. It is stated that, therefore, she submitted
Ext.P5 representation to the 2nd respondent and seeks a direction
for its consideration.
2. If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P5 representation
has been made, which has been received and is pending before
the 2nd respondent, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall
consider Ext.P5. This shall be done, as expeditiously as possible,
at any rate within 8 weeks of production of a copy of this
judgment along with a copy of this writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
