The petitioner has prayed that the directions be issued to the
respondents to absorb him in any cooperative institution in the State of
Punjab as per the decision of this Court in review petition bearing
R.A.No.538 of 1999 in CWP No.2483 of 1999. The petitioner has also
prayed that he be absorbed in terms of the observations of the Hon’ble
Supreme Court dated 30.08.2005 as reproduced in Annexure P-4. The
petitioner has also placed reliance upon Annexure P-5 dated 03.12.2007.
The petitioner has also served a legal notice (Annexure P-9)
which has not been decided so far. It is pertinent to mention here that the
legal notice was served prior to the passing of the order Annexure P-5.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose off
the writ petition with a direction to respondents No.4 to 7 to decide the legal
notice (Annexure P-9) within a period of four months from the date of
C.W.P. No.10324 of 2008 –2–
receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The petitioner is permitted to supplement his legal notice
(Annexure P-9) with any other relevant details.
