4/ 10.07.2008 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel

for the State and learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The case under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian

Penal Code was registered against this petitioner. Allegation is that at the

behest of Ram Srestha Jha the petitioner fired upon the informant but it

missed. Another firing made by co-accused Pankaj Jha @ Nepal Jha

caused injury to the informant’s wife who died.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

petitioner Manoj Jha @ Manoj Kumar Jha is ordered to be released on

bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No.

69/2007.
