2/ 01.12.2010 It has been submitted that after the petitioner no.1 filed

Danapur P.S. case no.254 of 2009, on the next day the present

complaint was filed for malicious reason.

Issue notice to the opposite party no.2 to show cause as to

why this application be not admitted and disposed of, if possible, at

the admission stage itself.

Requisites under registered cover with A.D. as also under

ordinary process must be filed within ten days, failing which, this

application, as against him, shall stand rejected without further

reference to the Bench.

Rule is made returnable within three months.
