The settlement agreement of Mediation & Conciliation Centre entered into
on 7.7.2010 between both the parties. It was agreed upon by the parties that
the applicant would pay the amount of Rs. 3.5 lacs to his wife towards
permanent alimony and all financial claims of respondent. The aforesaid
amount would be paid in seven installments as agreed upon and the first
installment of Rs. 50,000/- would be paid in the aforesaid manner on or before
1.9.2010.

List this case in the second week of September, 2010.
