The petitioner has challenged the proceedings of review application
moved in Revision No. 1719 pending before the opposite party no.1 to
review the order dated 20.11.2009 with the submission that Deputy
Director of Consolidation, Sultanpur has entertained the review
application and passed the interim order, whereas in the light of
decision rendered by the Full Bench of this Court in Smt. Anar Kali
and others Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation and others 1997
(15)L.C.D. 921 no power of review is vested with the Deputy Director
of Consolidation .
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case I hereby stay the
proceedings of review application as well as order dated 7.12.2009
passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, whereby a direction
has been issued to maintain status quo, till further order of this court.
