counsel for the State in respect of I.A..No. 1066 of 2008 through

which the appellant has renewed his prayer for bail which was earlier

rejected on 9-4-2007.

Considering all the facts and circumstances, we are not

persuaded to take a different view in the matter. The prayer of

appellant no.1 for bail is again rejected at this stage.
