The only material against this petitioner is

confession made by co-accused before police.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

the satisfaction of Sri Shubhash Chandra, Judicial

Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with

Begusarai Nagar P. S. Case No.456 of 2009.
