This modification application is allowed. Appellants are directed to deposit
half of the amount of fine as has been implanted on them vide order dated
30.3.2009 which comes to around quarter to Rs. 15,000/- each within two
weeks from today.

For a period of two weeks, non bailable warrant issued against the appellants
in failure of deposit of fine shall remain in abeyance.
