                                JUDGMENT

This appeal was admitted and notice ordered way back on July

27, 2006. The appellant has not paid process till date.

When the case is called in the defect list today, learned counsel

for the appellant submits that process will be paid within two weeks

from today and prays for an adjournment. The prayer is rejected. The

appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
