the petitioner no. 2 has been left out in the cause title of

the order dated 25.6.2010 arising out of Sugauli,

Motihari Rail P.S. Case No. 32 of 2007 (Tr. No. 368 of

2010) pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Railway

at Bettiah.

Let the name of petitioner no. 2 be also

incorporated in the said order and communicated by

FAX at the cost of the petitioners.
