Misc. No. 37963 of 2010 be extended by one month from today in

connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2010 pending in the

Court of C.J.M., Sitamarhi.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of

to the extent above.

Let this order as well as the order dated 10.11.2010

passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34129 of 2010 with Cr. Misc. No. 37963 of

2010 be communicated through Fax at the cost of the petitioners.
