counsel for the State must seek instruction on the question whether the

medium of imparting is Urdu and Urdu alone or Urdu is one of the

subjects which is taught in the school.

The intervener may also seek instruction and file affidavit in

this regard because stand of the petitioner taken in the writ application

has significance for adjudication of the dispute.
