By   this   petition   the   petitioners   are   challenging   the   placement   of 
Panchayat Bhawan at a particular place. This is not for this Court to decide 
rather it is for the State to decide what would the appropriate place where 
the Panchayat Bhawan should be  constructed.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this 
petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
