3 8.9.2010 Respondents 6 and 7 have appeared in this case.

Respondents 4 and 5 refused to accept the notice. Therefore, it

should be deemed to be validly served on them.

As prayed, two weeks’ time is granted to the counsel

for the petitioner to take steps for fresh service of notice on

respondent no.8 by ordinary failing which this application shall

stand dismissed without further reference to a bench.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to

correct the notices filed by him in the office wherein he has

mentioned respondent no.9 although there is no such respondent,

within the aforesaid time.
