2. 21.09.2010 Call for the carbon copy of the case diary of

Kotwali P.S. Case No. 306/09 from the court of

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya and also

report from the Superintendent of Police, Gaya about

the antecedent of the petitioners, who are accused in

the aforesaid case, so as to reach this court within

three weeks and put up on its receipt.
