2 20.10.2011 The husband petitioner has preferred this revision

application under section 19(4) of the Family Court Act against

the order dated 31st May 2011 passed by the learned Principal

Judge, Family Court, Bettiah in maintenance Case no. 160M of

2010 by which the petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.

3000/- per months as ad interim maintenance to the O.P. No.2 for

the maintenance of herself and two children during the pendency

of the maintenance case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has to maintain himself his parents and two children

who are living with the petitioner.

Issue notice to O .P. No.2 as to why this petition be

not allowed or disposed of at the time of admission itself.

Requisites for issuance of notice must be filed within

one week, failing which the application shall stand rejected

without further reference to a Bench.

During the pendency of this application, petitioner

will pay a sum of Rs. 2000/- (two thousand) per month as

maintenance to the O.P. no.2. In that case no coercive steps shall

be taken against the petitioner.

Let the order be communicated to the court below

through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
