3 30/03/2011 Counsel for the State submits that although

information was given to the respondent no. 2 with

respect to the contempt application pending before this

Court, no instructions have been received as yet and

prays for two weeks’ further time to file a show cause.

Accordingly, two weeks’ time is granted to the

Counsel for the State to file show cause, subject to the

payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be paid in the account

of the Patna High Court Advocate Association, within the

aforesaid period.

List this case after two weeks.
