Petitioner is alleged for committing rape upon the

victim/informant is now married with Khalil, is her statement in

course of trial followed by commitment of rape by Khalil only.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.9.2010.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Katihar

in connection with Sessions Case No.453 of 2010 (arising out of

Katihar (M) P. S. Case No.197 of 1997).
