be not admitted or disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Requisites for notice by ordinary process as well as under

registered cover with A/D must be filed within fortnight, failing

which this application as against O.P. No. 2 shall stand rejected

without further reference to the Bench.

Till appearance of O.P. No. 2, further proceeding

pending before the Court of learned C.J.M., West Champaran at

Bettiah in P.S. Case No. 42/2009 shall remain stayed in

connection with all the five petitioners, namely, Md. Iftekhar

Alam, Sk. Makabul @ Makubul alam, Husan Tara Khatoon @

Husum Tara, Nuzahat Khatoon and Md. Emamuddin Sabir.
