file counter affidavit, till today, no counter affidavit has been filed. 

2. I therefore, direct respondent no. 2 to file counter affidavit on or 
before the next date of hearing,  failing which, he shall remain personally 
present before this Court on the next date of hearing at 10.30 a.m.

3. The matter is adjourned on 5th September, 2011.
